Luis E. Kyburg, ex-marine wanted by the Argentine Justice for crimes against humanity, waws found in Germany. Kyburg lives currently in Berlin with no possibility of extradition cause he is a German citizen.
Luis Esteban Kyburg, served as Second Commander of the Tactical Diver Division at the Naval Base in Mar del Plata (Argentina), from February to November 1976, during which time he’s suspected to have been involved in enforced disappearances, torture and homicide.
